Mike grew up riding dirt bikes and playing baseball in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He served an LDS mission in Cleveland, Ohio, where he and his wife Andrea first met as missionaries.
Mike graduated nursing school Suma Cum Laude from Weber State University, and worked as a nurse at St. Mark's Hospital and the Medical Intensive Care Unit at the University of Utah for two years. He and his family then moved across the country to Washington D.C., where he attended CRNA school at Georgetown University. They fell in love with the east coast, and after graduation Mike worked as a CRNA in Richmond, VA.
Mike trained at a number of local hospitals and gained valuable experience providing anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical procedures. In 2019 they decided to head back to Utah to be close to family and mountains again, and to start Elite Anesthesia.
When he's not doing anesthesia, Mike loves traveling, smoking meat on the traeger and making his own bbq sauces, golfing, working on projects around the house, and going on adventures with Andrea, and their four awesome children.

After graduation from CRNA school, we moved back to Lehi Utah where I have been working at Mountain Point Medical Center. I enjoy fitness, the outdoors, and spending time with family.
